Miami and the beaches are full of night clubs with kitchens. Grass is an exceptional restaurant and lounge that slowly morphs into a club each evening without ever giving up its claim to exquisite Latin American and Asian cuisine. In the exterior space, a canopy covers the huge stand- up bar and a few of tables, but the rest of the restaurant's seating, comprising booths, lounge benches and standard tables, is open to the elements. Located in the heart of the Miami Design district, reservations have to be made in advance.
