James L. Knight Center

The James L. Knight International Center is a world- class multipurpose entertainment, meeting and convention complex, located in the hub of downtown Miami's commercial and financial district. Owned by the city of Miami and managed by Global Spectrum, the center comprises the James Knight Center, the Hyatt Regency Miami and the University of Miami Conference Center. It hosts a variety of events including live music performances by top notch artists. With a seating capacity of nearly 5000, the auditorium has presented such concerts as Sting, Santana, and Stevie Wonder. The adjoining Miami Convention Center is also available for exhibits, shows, and conventions.

The JLKC has a fully integrated professional sound system with turnkey capabilities featuring mixing boards, monitors and array speakers.

The theater provides seating for up to 4,646 patrons in a plush, comfortable wedge- shaped configuration offering unobstructed, intimate sight lines, superior acoustical dynamics and 16,000 square feet of staging area.

Box office hours: Mon- Fri 10am- 5:30pm
On weekend event days: opens at 12 noon.
