MIAMI BOOK FAIR INTERNATIONAL

The Miami Book Fair International is a premier program of the Florida Center for the Literary Arts. Miami Dade College founded the book fair as part of larger efforts to bring attention to the literary arts and in doing so promote reading, writing and literacy in its diverse communities.

MBFI is a full- scale international event and also one of the nation's largest outdoor book fairs, featuring booksellers, publishers, and authors.

Every year hundreds of thousands of book lovers are eagerly participating in the festival.

This year special attraction is the Children's Alley. This program will attract the kids and their guardians with interactive and educational fun, including hands- on activities, games, exhibits, stage performances, and more.

The year event will be held on Nov 12- 19, 2006.
