Since it opened in November 1998, Wish, located at The Hotel on South Beach has gone from strength to strength. Celebrities head for Wish to taste its delectable but healthy cuisine made under the direction of award- winning Executive Chef Michael Bloise. Posted by Janina, 21 December, 2007I never thought that dining alone could be this good. Wish has a good location in the nearby South Beach and the idea of eating something healthy is more inviting. Atleast you don’t get to worry about your figure when eat because you know your taking in something healthy. A must try for every health buffs.
