Urban Outfitters is a huge industrial- style store with two levels of clothing, gifts, and home designs. They cater to personal orders placed by their elite clientele. Delivery is prompt. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering with an additional shipping charge for the order.

Urban Outfitters sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received from a distribution center, or that has been sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size and they will be provided to you as soon as supplies are replenished.

It endeavors to see that their customers should love what they have ordered. If anything goes awry, the Urban Outfitters stores gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise at any time when accompanied by an original sales receipt. For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original payment will be refunded (checks/debit are refunded as cash). For items returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.
